Walked the trail North to South starting in Chipping Campden in Spring and getting as far as Stonehouse, then returning in Autumn to complete the rest. The signing and condition of the path was excellent - well done wardens. Now all you have got to do is flatten out some of those hills.......

We did 7 lovely walks and completed the Cotswold way over the summer. We had all weathers but particularly enjoyed the day we had mizzle! There were lots of cakes and homemade bakes with tiffin from Steve and Kate and apple cake from Justine. The dogs mainly survived on (our) sandwiches and(our) welsh cakes! Kate turned into Janet, Justine won the countries A-Z game and Steve was mainly the dog whisperer! Tired dogs and tired but slightly fitter humans! On to the next challenge!

We did 7 lovely walks over the summer and completed the Cotswold Way. There was all sorts of weather but we particularly enjoyed the mizzle! We also enjoyed Steve and Kate's homemade tiffin and Justine' apple cake. Whereas the dogs mostly enjoyed our sandwiches and our Welsh cakes! As well as chasing the pheasants! Along the way Kate turned into Janet, Justine won the A-Z countries quiz and Steve became the dog whisperer! Very happy dogs and humans at the end of it - looking forward to the next one!

This was our first National Trail. We walked from Chipping Campden to Bath, staying at campsites, B&B's & pubs along the way.

A friend and I walked the Cotswold Way from North to South in six days. It was a diverse and beautiful walk. There was more "ups and downs" than we had anticipated, but that made it all the more fun, as did the rain!

Loved it! This is the 4th distance walk I've done and I think it was one of the nicest. Great countryside, great accommodation and a really well maintained path. Thank you to everyone who lays a part in looking after the Cotswold Way; it's appreciated. Can you sort the weather though!!!!!!

3.5 days to walk 102 miles through beautiful countryside was harder than we could have imagined. We walked and raised money for Dorothy House Hospice Care, which is a worthy charity that had supported close family in recent times. The weather was perfect; not too hot, not too cold and only the slightest amount of rain on Day 1. Despite managing to get lost a couple of times, The Cotswold Way is very well signed. There are lots of pretty steep ups and downs, which would be challenging enough at the best of times, but when you're walking over 30 miles a day, it really is tough! The scenery is breathtaking and I would definitely recommend taking on the challenge, but maybe in more than 3.5 days if you want to avoid blisters!!

I began to walk on 13th of Jul-15th from Chipping Campden to Winchcombe, and restarted from Winchcombe on 27th of Jul, with one rest day, arrived Bath on 8th of Aug.It takes 13 days to complete to walk as I had to check my suitcase to next accommodation before walking, and dared to walk by using only public transportation(it found very difficult but not impossible). It was great expeience for me to complete to walk such a scenic, varied views and picturesque villages of Cotswolds.

As my 60th birthday was approaching I was asked what I wanted to do to mark the occasion. I think that my wife had the idea that we might have a "holiday of a lifetime" either a cross continental journey or a tropical sunshine beach. However, I had always hankered after completing some sort of challenge and decided that I would walk the length of the Cotswold Way. My wife agreed that this would be a good thing to achieve and further agreed to provide any support that I required, the holiday of a lifetime could wait for another day. Having delayed my start by one day, due to unseasonable weather, I completed the walk in 6½ days finishing the final 7 miles on the day after my 60th Birthday.

We did Hadrian's Wall last year and thought the Cotswold Way would be a piece of cake in comparison, boy were we wrong. A good deal of the walk included lots of ups and downs following the escarpments, quite challenging at times. It didn't help that we got one of our distances totally wrong and ended up walking over 20 miles instead of 15. We thoroughly enjoyed the walk despite the heavy rain that we encountered on two or three days.

Tim Atkinson & John Ginley's 2015 Cotswold way walk. We started the walk from Chipping Campden on 11th July and finished in bath on 19th, we enjoyed spectacular scenery and some really great pubs, there was a mix of good and bad weather, sunburn on day 1 and wet through on day 3. A great walk and experience with a mix of campsites and wild camping, we're now looking forward to Hadrian's wall walk next year
