No Mud, No Livestock – There may be traffic!
LANE WALKING FOR THE WINTER: Want to escape but without the mud? Come on a walk along some beautiful country lanes through two of our loveliest villages.
Starting from Brimpsfield village hall, we will follow the lanes walking through Brimpsfield to Caudle Green. There are some hills and therefore some really wonderful far-reaching views across the valleys. We will stop for a short break at Caudle Green, so bring a drink and a snack if you wish. You don’t need your boots, just some really comfortable shoes. Photo: CNL
This walk is organised by Cotswold Voluntary Wardens, the voluntary arm of the Cotswolds Conservation Board. These walks offer an interesting and often entertaining way of exploring our wonderful Cotswold countryside and landscape. All walks by the Voluntary Wardens are FREE OF CHARGE however donations are welcome and help us to take care of the countryside.
PLEASE: always remember to wear appropriate footwear because some walks may be steep and muddy in places. Dogs are not allowed on walks, except guide dogs and hearing dogs. It is advisable to check the website or call the Cotswolds Conservation Board (07841 663607) beforehand for details of any changes, particularly during bad weather.
