We walked the Cotswolds Way over 4 days, breaking the journey at Seven Springs, Middleyard and Horton. It is beautiful walk with fantastic scenery, and passes many interesting landmarks (although our tight schedule didn’t give us time to linger at many!) The weather for our walk was classic for an English April: a mix of of sunshine, wind and rain but fortunately we packed for all 4 seasons! Covering 35-55 kilometres each day meant that we needed plenty of fuel, giving us our quote of the adventure “Lunch is a period of grazing between 11 and 3 after which it becomes afternoon snacks!”

Thanks to everyone who helped during our trip and to the volunteers who help maintain the trail – we would highly recommend this walk and that you take a few extra days if you’d like to sightsee along the way.
