A walk along and beside the Cotswold escarpment through an ancient fort and a pretty village.

Starting from the ancient church at Old Sodbury, we climb up the escarpment with views across to the River Severn until we reach Sodbury Fort, dating from the Iron Age. We then descend to the pretty villages of Little Sodbury and Horton, where we will stop for a morning break. We then return to Old Sodbury through open fields and part of the Jubilee Way before climbing back up to the church and the start point.

Please bring refreshments for a morning break.
