Route description
A historic walk from Old Sodbury via Little Sodbury to Chipping Sodbury where we will walk along the High Street learning about its history before returning to the start point.

We start at Old Sodbury Church and walk northwards along the Cotswold Way towards Little Sodbury where we will learn about the Manor House and church. From Little Sodbury we follow the Monarch’s Way towards Chipping Sodbury making our way to the High Street where a local guide will talk about local history and the buildings we can see.
There will be a chance to pick up take-away refreshments in the High Street.
We then retrace our steps for a short distance to meet the Frome Valley Walkway which we follow towards Old Sodbury with a short climb back up to the church and the start point.
Please bring snacks and a drink as the time taken on the walk will depend on how long we spend in the High Street; you might also like to bring a packed lunch.
