The first dedicated conference to regenerative agriculture in the Cotswolds

This conference is designed to help bring the Cotswolds regenerative farming community together – to share knowledge and tackle barriers. The conference is aimed at all those involved or interested in regenerative agriculture including farmers, farm managers, contractors, advisers, agents, facilitators, consultants, policy makers, funders, academics, researchers and students.

Join us for the day to:

  • Explore regenerative principles, practice, mindset, and routes to market
  • Hear from a range of speakers and engage in an interactive workshop session of your choice
  • Share your thoughts and make a plan for your next steps.

A limited number of tickets are being offered to farmers and advisors are for only £40 (all tickets include lunch and refreshments) – please book early to secure one.

What’s this event all about?

Regenerative agriculture can build soil health, enhance biodiversity, and improve water and nutrient cycling. System change can lead to more resilience, profit, and nutrient dense food. However, the transition to a regenerative farming future is a deep and complex journey.

High levels of motivation, knowledge, and confidence are required to successfully put the key principles into practice. The evidence base is still evolving and more data is needed. The barriers, risks, and journey can be overwhelming at times, and pioneers can feel isolated.

While there are a number of regenerative farmers and advisers doing great things and leading the way in the Cotswolds, many are taking their first and second steps. Some remain sceptical or lost.

This conference aims to help, with a particular focus on the Cotswolds context.

The event has been organised by farmers and advisers involved in the Regenerative Agriculture Accelerator Programme (RAAP) in the Cotswolds to mark the end of the first 12 months of this unique knowledge exchange programme. The programme and this conference are funded by a Farming in Protected Landscapes (FiPL) grant from Cotswold National Landscape (CNL) plus match funding from Regenerate Outcomes and other sector partners. We are looking to build on this work in 2025 and beyond.
